About the Author As one of the original members of the seminal '90s rap crew the Wu-Tang Clan, Ghostface Killah made an impact before he released his debut album, Ironman, late in 1996. Like all members of the Wu-Tang Clan, the rapper used the group as a launching pad for a successful solo career and Ironman debuted at number two on the pop chart. His work with Wu-Tang continues, as does his solo career. His 2006 album Fishscale was a top ten hit and on many top ten lists for album of the year.
MTV Press recently announced that they are teaming with Staten Island MC Ghostface to release a new book, The World According to Pretty Toney, on January 8, 2008. MTV says that the motivational manual “offers nuggets of street wisdom on the key elements to becoming your own personal success story: livin’, hustlin’, lovin’, eatin’, and the all-encompassing Toneology.” It also comes with an exclusive audio disc containing over 20 minutes of Ghost speaking on various subjects.
The book is based on a series of promotional shorts that Ghost did with the network back in 2005, where the MC’s alter ego Pretty Toney dropped jewels on life. The shorts were co-created by MTV Promos writer/director J. Brightly, who also co-wrote The World According to Pretty Toney. MTV will start airing a new set of shorts on the network in December.

ich habe das Buch !!!
Hab mich totgefreut als es ankam.
Kommt wie ein Kinderbuch vom Aufbau und es ist gespickt mit stylishen Fotos wie man sie vom Big Doe Rehab Booklet kennt. Geht so in Richtung Konfuzius sagt....auf jeder Doppelseite ein Spruch mit Bild. Saulustige Dinger wie "Real Men take showers, leave the bubblebaths to the ladies" und dann ein Bild von soner badenden Tucke....gut gelacht!
Die Cd is auch geil und geht noch über den Buchinhalt hinaus.
Absolut kaufenswert!
Hab mich gewundert das Amazon so schnell geliefert hat!
und warum hab ich dann meins schon vor 3 tagen in der hand gehabt? habs ganz normal über amazon.de bestellt.....direkt bei amazon und nich über irgend nen dritten.....sollte schnell gehen.....
mach da mal druck oder storniere und bestell neu......bei mir stand ...verkauft durch Amazon Eu Sarl oder sowas....wird auch seit heute erst offiziell ausgeliefert, warum ich meins schon hab hab ich auch nich begriffen aber hatte auch nix dagegen...hab ne mail bekommen...bestellung versandt am 14ten dez freitag und montag wars dann da.....
freu dich drauf...is sehr geil das ding, besonders die audio cd.....
bestellt hab ich das schon vor 2 monaten oder so.....
